Save the date Thurs. March 31st at 9:30am at the Sunshine School on Dutcher Ave. I will be doing a fundraiser for a 3 year old little boy who lives in the community of Pawling. His name is Ty Campbell & Ty has a very rare & aggressive form of cancer. He is a very strong & inspiring little boy & his parents Cindy & Lou Campbell have started a blog at http://www.tylouisblogspot.com . Please if you can, take the time to read his story. I am reaching out to community members & business owners to make a donation & to also join me at the fundraiser. I will have some great items to be raffled off such as a Vera Bradley tote bag & accessories, free ski rentals for next season from the Ski Haus, gift certificates to various restaurants, delis, nail salon, handmade jewelry. Raffle tickets are only $2.00 a piece for each item. Bid on what you want as many times as you would like. I will be serving some snacks & coffee. Ms. Karen from the Pawling Library has volunteered to do a story time at 9:30 for anyone who has children who are not in school at that time & also Ms. Tara from The Book Cove will be doing a story time at 12:15. The children at the Sunshine school will be doing their part by doing a pajama day fundraiser. Their parents make a donation & the children get to wear their pajamas to school. Please join us if you can it is really for a wonderful cause & your donation is so greatly appreciated. Also anyone that can not make it to the fundraiser & wants to purchase a ticket for any of the items that are being raffled can email me & I will make arrangements with you.
